Administration 50: Stewarding Small Calls

Stewarding Small calls designed to assist the more experience referent with stewarding calls from 2 to 8 individuals. As such it covers the basics of understanding the collective bargaining agreements, managing timesheets and general time keeping, converting time sheets into accurate steward’s reports, successfully interacting with the employer, and the other various responsibilities required of a steward.
