Fly Rail Basics

Because of the dangers present in a counter weight fly system it is unusual for many referents to experience its operation. This class offers just that experience.
Upon completion of this class the learner will be able to understand the anatomy of a fly system, understand the unique safety concerns a counter weight fly system presents , communicate effectively with the Head Fly Position, safely and effectively load and unload stage weight, and under supervision of a fly system operator the referent will perform basic operations
Spots in this class are limited and no call no show will be treated the same as a work call.
The Old Globe Tech Center requires proof of vaccination to enter the venue and masks to be worn while on the premises. They are providing a venue and equipment, Please respect their policies and be prepared to provide both the day of class.
