IT 10: Breakout and Meeting Room Competency

This is an entry level class designed for individuals starting their career with IATSE 122 and covers the basics that a crew person would need to know to Network an AV breakout or meeting room.

Topics Include: terminology; computer configuration and settings. Software manipulation, web UI and app interfaces, file conversion, hardware network interface like Printer setup or networked switchers, and customer service.

Information Technology 10 is an online class and the participants will receive a meeting ID and password the day before the class.

The wait-list will be notified by email if and when individuals do not show up on the day of the course. if you are wait-listed be ready to join the meeting at the time of the event.
