OSHA-10 cards are mandatory for all workers performing work on county property as of 01/01/2023. All referents not already in possession of a card are URGED to take this class.
This 2-day safety awareness class is becoming the standard for the Entertainment Industry and is even required for certain venues. Join the education department and get the basics of General entertainment safety. Classes are scheduled to start at 11am and end at 5pm.
The Class Dates are
- 02/27/2023 10am to 4pm
- 02/28/2023 10am to 4pm.
The Worker must attend the entirety of both days in order to be issued an OSHA-10 card.
This class has limited capacity and as such it will be treated like a job call regarding call out procedures, tardiness and no call no show.
The learner must have worked a call from the referral hall, worked under a collective bargaining agreement, or be a current member of IATSE Local 122.
This is an in-person class offered at the IATSE Referral Hall. Please take traffic into consideration to arrive on time.
There will be two breaks each day.
