Thank you to everyone who participated in this years Winter Workshop

Updated On: Mar 07, 2010 (12:11:00)

This year's IATSE Local 122 Winter Workshop was another success, providing more advanced classes than in previous years, current audio and video technology in the lab, advanced instruction, and 1-on-1 time for students to ask questions and spend time truly getting to know the technology of our industry. Our volunteer staff were top-notch this year and our attendees were eager to learn.

Freeman Audio Visual was our primary sponsor this year, providing the vast majority of equipement for our labs and classroom. AV Concepts, Summit Rentals, and Video Equipment Rentals also provided addition equipment as needed. Thank you to the San DIego Convention Center and the San Diego Sports Arena for your continued support by providing facilities and workshop support.

Thank you to everyone for your participation. Class handouts and additional material will be posted to this site as it become available. Check back soon for updates.

The San Diego Convention Center and San Diego Sports Arenas are kind enough to donate facilities for our use. Thank you for supporting our industry and helping us continue to raise the bar for quality technicians - not only in San Diego, but in the country.

Why Does America Need
The Employee Free Choice Act?

More than ever, working people today need a way to get ahead. America’s working people are stretched as never before. Wages are dropping, health care costs are rising and pensions are disappearing. For the first time in generations, people are very worried that their children will be worse off than they are.
