We are finally ready to launch our mentor sign off program and you have been selected for the rollout! We are excited to announce a training session for mentors on our new Competency Sign-Off System. This session will provide a comprehensive overview of how mentors can track and verify stagehand skills, ensuring consistency and reliability in skill development. Following the training, mentors will have an opportunity to practice using the system with newer stagehands, allowing hands-on experience and confidence in using the platform effectively.
