Enhance your professional credentials and ensure compliance with county regulations by securing your OSHA-10 Hour General Industry card. As of January 1, 2024, this certification is a compulsory requirement for all individuals engaged in work on county properties. We strongly encourage all workers who have not yet obtained their OSHA-10 card to enroll in our upcoming class.

This comprehensive 2-day safety awareness course is rapidly becoming an industry standard within the Entertainment sector, with certain venues making it a prerequisite for employment. Facilitated by our experienced education department, the program covers essential safety practices and principles relevant to the General Entertainment Industry, equipping you with the knowledge to maintain a safe working environment.

Class Schedule:

  • Tues, April 29, 2025: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Weds, April 30, 2025: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

BRING YOUR LUNCH!!!

Participants are required to attend the full duration of both days to qualify for the OSHA-10 certification.

The Worker must attend the entirety of both days in order to be issued an OSHA-10 card.

This class has limited capacity and as such it will be treated like a job call regarding call out procedures, tardiness and no call no show.

Requirements:

  • The learner must have worked a call from the referral hall, worked under a collective bargaining agreement, or be a current member of IATSE Local 122.
  • This is an in-person class offered at the IATSE Referral Hall. Please take traffic into consideration to arrive on time.
  • There will be two 15 minute breaks each day. Students are encouraged to bring food to sustain themselves during class.
