This class is perfect for beginners and experienced woodworkers looking to refine their skills.

Hands-On Project:

By the end of the session, you’ll have built a project, applying precision cutting techniques to create clean, professional joints.

What to Bring:

To participate, please bring the minimum tool set found here, and eye protection that conforms to ANSI Z87. Safety glasses are inexpensive and available at any hardware store. If you wear corrective lenses that are ansi rated then you just need to add side shields, or you can wear goggles that cover the corrective glasses completely.

Class Size and Details:

This class is limited to 4 participants, ensuring personalized instruction and ample practice time.

  • The learner must have worked a call from the referral hall, worked under a collective bargaining agreement, or be a current member of IATSE Local 122.
  • This is an in person class.
    This class has limited attendance and all attendees must have a reservation; therefore, it will be treated like a job call.
  • If you are unable to attend, please cancel your ticket or email education@iatse122.org.
  • Tardiness and/or No-Call-No-Show will be reported to the IATSE Local 122 Compliance Committee.
